The TROTEC TAC 5000 is an industrial high-performance air cleaner for very large areas and demanding containment projects. Moving up to 4,500 m³/h, it processes even large air volumes quickly — and with integrated Vario-Shift and Flowmatic air-volume control it holds a set throughput as the filters load.

How it works

Air is pulled through a staged filter train — G4 coarse pre-filter, F7 fine-dust stage and HEPA H13 or H14 final filter — making the unit suitable for asbestos and hazardous-material remediation under containment. Flowmatic control automatically compensates for rising filter resistance to keep the air-change rate constant, while Vario-Shift adapts the machine to the filter configuration in use. The Ø 400 mm connection supports high-volume ducted negative-pressure setups.
