The HEYLO DCS PF 1400 is the higher-airflow negative-pressure containment system: the DCD 3.0 dust-protection door paired with the PowerFilter 1400 air cleaner (1,010 m³/h). It holds larger work zones below the surrounding air pressure so fine dust cannot escape — with a dual-hose option for bigger rooms.
How it works
Placed in the clean area, the PowerFilter 1400 continuously draws air out of the sealed work zone through the DCD 3.0 door. Extracting more air than can leak back keeps the zone at negative pressure (under-pressure), so every gap pulls inward and airborne dust stays contained. Air passes a G4 pre-filter and an F9 fine-dust main filter (dust class M) before clean return; the optional HEPA H14 (class H) filter raises filtration to the standard required for mould and hazardous-substance remediation. A dual-hose configuration increases intake reach in larger rooms.
