The TROTEC Airozon Supercracker is a professional high-performance ozone generator for disinfection and odour neutralisation in damage restoration. With an ozone output of up to 10,000 mg/h, it breaks down stubborn odours and micro-organisms that survive conventional cleaning, restoring rooms after fire, water, mould and smoke damage.
How it works
The unit draws room air across a high-voltage discharge cell that converts oxygen (O₂) into ozone (O₃). As a powerful oxidiser, ozone reaches every accessible surface, cavity and textile as a gas — places a spray or wipe cannot — and destroys odour molecules, bacteria, viruses and mould spores at their source rather than masking them. An integrated fan circulates up to 500 m³/h to distribute the ozone through the space. Once treatment is complete, the built-in oxygen regeneration mode accelerates the breakdown of residual ozone back into normal oxygen, and a timer and operating-hours counter keep each cycle controlled and documented.
