TROTEC VSP-VS 6.2-3000 – Videoscope Probe for VSP-Control (3 m)
Available to order: typical lead time 5–10 working days. We confirm the exact date after your order or enquiry.
The TROTEC VSP-VS 6.2-3000 is a videoscope probe for combined inspection work with the TROTEC VSP-Control control unit. Its camera head can be angled continuously in all directions, and its robust, multi-walled probe combines high flexibility with high torsional strength. Key figures: probe length 3 m, probe diameter 6.2 mm, 6 LEDs on the camera head, field of view >120° and probe protection class IP67.
How it works
The probe is a system component: it connects to the VSP-Control control unit with its connection cable and multi-plug (length approx. 150 cm). You guide the probe from a pistol grip with keypad and joystick. The joystick angles the probe head up, down, left and right, so you can direct the camera view inside the inspected object. The keypad controls the illumination brightness of the 6 LEDs and starts photo and video capture.
Key benefits
- Camera head angled in all directions — continuous articulation up/down/left/right, controlled by joystick.
- Robust, torsion-resistant probe — multi-walled probe made of tungsten wire braid with titanium alloy for flexibility combined with high torsional strength.
- 3 m reach with 6.2 mm diameter — a long, slim probe for inspection over greater distances.
- Adjustable illumination — 6 LEDs on the camera head with adjustable brightness.
- Photo and video documentation — capture photos and videos of what the probe sees.
- Protected design — probe to IP67, system to IP64.
- Wide view — field of view >120° and depth of field from 15 mm to infinity.
Typical applications
As an accessory for the TROTEC VSP-Control control unit and the VSP3041 inspection system, this probe is used for:
- Inspection of concealed machine parts and cavities that are difficult or impossible to access (purpose of the VSP3041 system according to its operating manual)
- Combined optical inspection work with the TROTEC VSP-Control control unit
- Inspection where the camera view must be steered by angling the probe head up, down, left or right
- Photo and video documentation of inspection findings
Operating conditions and installation
The probe is operated only together with the TROTEC VSP-Control control unit, connected via the multi-plug connection cable (approx. 150 cm). Protection class: system IP64, probe IP67. The manufacturer's product data do not state operating temperature or humidity limits for this probe.
