The Master BV 471 SE is a mobile indirect oil heater with 136 kW of heating power and an air volume of 8,500 m³/h, supplied as the InfoAir version with four air outlets. It is designed for demanding environments such as large construction sites, industrial halls and event tents.
How it works
A separate Riello oil burner fires into a stainless-steel combustion chamber. As an indirect heater the unit keeps the combustion gases strictly apart from the warm air: the exhaust must be led outside through a flue pipe on the Ø 200 mm chimney connection, and only warm air free of combustion gases is delivered. The fan builds up a static pressure of 250 Pa, which allows long air-distribution hoses to be connected to the Ø 270 mm warm-air outlets, so the unit can stand outdoors while the heat is carried to where it is needed.
Key benefits
- Indirect heating — the exhaust leaves through the flue; the warm air stays free of combustion gases.
- Pressure for hose runs — 250 Pa of static pressure for long air-distribution hoses; four air outlets, warm-air outlet Ø 270 mm.
- Three fuels — runs on diesel, HVO 100 or kerosene; fuel preheater and cold-start button.
- Monitored operation — InfoAir remote monitoring system, electronic flame monitoring with photocell, limit thermostat for the fan with automatic reset and limit thermostat with manual reset.
- Thermostat control — digital control with fan-only function; optional analogue or digital room thermostats regulate the temperature automatically.
- Built for site logistics — steel housing built for outdoor use, trolley design, crane eyes and forklift pockets; protection class IP44.
Typical applications
- Large construction sites
- Industrial halls
- Event tents
- Outdoor placement with warm air ducted inside through hoses
