The Master XL 9SR is a mobile oil-fired infrared heater with up to 43 kW of heating power and a 60-litre tank. Instead of warming the ambient air it heats objects and surfaces directly by radiation, so the heat arrives where it is needed. Two output stages of 29 and 43 kW adapt the unit to the weather and the job.
How it works
A separate Master burner fires the unit, which heats by short-wave radiation: the rays warm objects and surfaces directly rather than the surrounding air. Direction and tilt can be adjusted, an analogue thermostat controls operation automatically and the second output stage is switched on when more heat is required. Electronic flame monitoring with a photocell supervises the burner, and the unit has an after-run time.
Key benefits
- Radiant heat on target — warms objects and surfaces directly instead of the ambient air.
- Two output stages — 29 kW or 43 kW; the second stage can be switched on as required.
- Long running time — 60 l tank with a fuel autonomy of 21 h and an external fuel level indicator.
- Low noise level — suited to noise-sensitive working environments.
- Mobile on site — trolley design with rubber wheels and ring bolts for lifting.
- Monitored burner — electronic flame monitoring with photocell, after-run time and three oil filters.
Typical applications
- De-icing on construction sites
- Drying of work areas
- Temporary heating
- Noise-sensitive working environments
