Master DH 752 P – Condensation Dehumidifier (48 l/day)
Available to order: typical lead time 5–10 working days. We confirm the exact date after your order or enquiry.
The Master DH 752 P is a professional condensation dehumidifier developed for use under harsh conditions in construction, industry and restoration. It removes up to 48 l/24h (at 30 °C / 80 % r.h.) with an air flow of 350 m³/h and is recommended for building drying in rooms of up to 280 m² / 700 m³. Built for continuous operation 24 hours a day, it combines fast hot gas defrosting, a built-in hygrostat, an hour counter and automatic overflow protection in a durable, mobile housing.
How it works
Humid room air is drawn in through the air filter and cooled at the evaporator; the moisture condenses and collects in the integrated 5.7-litre water tank, or drains continuously through a connected hose. The dried air is returned to the room. At low temperatures the unit detects the system temperature automatically and starts the fast hot gas defrost; the defrost indicator lights up during defrosting.
The simple control panel has an ON/OFF button, humidity up/down buttons and a memory button. Set the target humidity in 1 % steps: the unit runs as long as the room humidity is above the set value and stops when it is reached. A setting below 30 % selects continuous dehumidification (display "CO"). With the memory function active, the unit resumes its previous settings after a power cut. When the tank is full, compressor and fan switch off automatically, the tank full indicator lights up and a buzzer sounds. The hour counter records the operating time.
Key benefits
- Built for continuous operation — designed to run 24 hours a day, also during unattended dehumidification phases.
- Fast hot gas defrosting — keeps the unit efficient at low temperatures.
- Automatic humidity control — built-in hygrostat switches the unit according to the set humidity.
- Overflow protection — automatic shut-off when the water tank is full; a condensate drain hose can be connected for continuous drainage.
- Operating time documented — hour counter for tracking the duration of each job.
- Protected components — air filter on the inlet protects the unit.
- Robust and mobile — durable housing with handle and wheels for changing work sites.
Typical applications
- Construction and building sites
- Water damage restoration
- Industry, factories and production
- Commercial buildings
- Agriculture (e.g. storage, livestock farming)
- Rental and mobile hire
- Waterworks and utilities
Operating conditions and installation
- Operating temperature: 5 °C to 35 °C; relative humidity: 20 % to 90 % r.h.
- Electrical supply: 220–240 V, 50 Hz; power consumption 0.7 kW.
- According to the manual: do not install, operate or store the unit in a room smaller than 4 m² (refrigerant R290); indoor use only.
- Place the unit stably and upright; keep air inlet and outlet at least 10 cm away from the wall and keep the room closed for best results.
- After transport or tilting, let the unit stand for 12 hours before connecting it to the mains; do not tilt more than 45° when moving it.
- Continuous drainage: take out the tank, open the drainage gate at the bottom of the tank, connect the hose, refit the tank and lead the hose out from the bottom of the unit. Do not drain continuously if the ambient temperature is at freezing point.

Frequently asked questions
Can the DH 752 P run around the clock?
Yes. The manufacturer designed it for continuous operation 24 hours a day. With a condensate drain hose connected and the automatic overflow protection, it is also suitable for unattended dehumidification phases.
How do I set continuous dehumidification?
Lower the set humidity with the humidity down button to below 30 %; the display then shows "CO" and the unit dehumidifies continuously. Otherwise it runs until the room humidity has reached the set value.
What happens after a power cut?
If the memory function is active (memory indicator on), the unit stores the current settings and resumes operation in the previous mode when power returns.
How often should the air filter be cleaned?
According to the manual at least once a month, and once a week or more often in very dusty air. Knock the filter out, vacuum it or wash it in warm, clean water with a little neutral detergent and let it dry.
