The HEYLO DCD 3.0 is a dust-protection access door that lets workers walk in and out of a sealed containment without letting dust escape. It clamps into existing frames without taping and adapts to door widths from 680 to 1430 mm, making it the standard passage for any dust barrier or sheeting partition.
What's in the set
The DCD 3.0 is a passive containment component — it has no fan of its own. A rigid base element mounts into the doorway with quick-release clamps, and two PVC foils with hook-and-loop fastening form a self-closing, zip-through flap so personnel pass through the barrier while it stays sealed. Two integrated Ø 205 mm extraction openings let you connect a HEYLO PowerVent fan or PowerFilter air cleaner: extract dust at source into class-M dust bags, or draw the zone to negative pressure with HEPA filtration for hazardous-substance and mould work.
