The HEYLO DCS PF 1000 is a complete negative-pressure containment system that pairs the DCD 3.0 dust-protection door with the PowerFilter 1000 air cleaner (917 m³/h). It holds the work zone below the surrounding air pressure so fine dust cannot escape to occupied areas — the standard approach for controlled remediation.
How it works
The PowerFilter 1000 stands in the clean area and continuously extracts air from the sealed work zone through the DCD 3.0 door. Because more air is drawn out than can leak back in, the zone is held at negative pressure (under-pressure) — every gap draws inward, so airborne dust stays inside the containment. The extracted air passes a coarse pre-filter and an F9 fine-dust main filter (dust class M) before being returned clean; fitting the optional HEPA H14 (class H) filter cleans the air to the standard required for mould and hazardous-substance work.
