The TROTEC Zerozon 200 is a specialised oxygen regenerator for accelerated ozone decomposition after an ozone treatment with devices from the Airozon Professional series. It lets ozone-treated rooms be safely re-entered in a fraction of the natural clearance time — up to 10× faster — shortening turnaround between treatment and hand-back.
How it works
After an ozone treatment, residual ozone (O₃) must decay back to normal oxygen (O₂) before a room is safe to enter, which naturally takes time. The Zerozon 200 draws the treated air, at up to 680 m³/h, through an activated-carbon filter and filter fleece that actively break down the residual ozone rather than waiting for it to dissipate on its own. This regenerates the air to normal oxygen far more quickly, so the space clears in a fraction of the usual time. It is the natural companion to Airozon ozone generators, closing the treatment cycle from ozone application to safe re-entry.
