Delivery: We supply business customers and consumers within the European Union, subject to product availability and applicable delivery conditions. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process or in our individual quotation. Freight and pallet deliveries can be arranged depending on the product and delivery address.
Delivery times: The delivery period applicable to your order is stated before purchase or in the individual quotation. For orders requiring separate confirmation, we provide the applicable delivery information before the contract is concluded.
Statutory rights: All customers retain their applicable statutory rights in respect of defective goods. For consumers purchasing new goods, statutory defect claims generally have a limitation period of two years from delivery, subject to applicable legal provisions. Any separate manufacturer's warranty applies only where expressly offered and does not limit statutory rights against us as the seller.
Consumer withdrawal: Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions. Further information is provided in our Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
Business customers: Business purchases are subject to the applicable statutory provisions and any validly agreed contractual conditions. Commercial buyers must comply with their statutory inspection and notification obligations where applicable, including Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Returns and complaints: Please contact us regarding returns, incorrect deliveries, or defective goods so that we can coordinate the next steps. Further information is provided in our Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions. These policies do not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
