The TROTEC VE 4 is the fully equipped side channel blower of the MultiQube system: 150 m³/h air flow, 1.1 kW motor and a comprehensive standard specification including the proven Optiflow performance display, the HotStop protection system and a dual counter for operating hours and power consumption. Depending on the floor construction it dries insulation layers of up to 50 m² in pressure mode and up to 40 m² in suction mode.
How it works
Drilled openings through the screed give the air stream access to the insulation layer. In suction operation the VE 4 extracts the moist air from the insulation — combined with an upstream MultiQube water separator and filter chain that protects the compressor stage; in pressure operation it pushes air into the layer and drives the moisture out through relief openings. The Optiflow display makes the actual flow performance visible at a glance, while the HotStop system protects the unit in continuous operation. Two 38 mm connection nozzles are included as standard (50 mm nozzles available as an option).
